Ingrediants:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 400g can of salmon (preferably on sale)
2 cups Quinoa
2 carrots
1 can tomato paste
some water
Spices
Preperation: Chop carrots and mix with all ingredients in a bowl with ‘some’ amount of water. Add ‘spices’. Place in casserole dish and cook at 350 for some amount of time.
It turned out great!
