Apparently we can blame shoddy planning by the liberals for the recent collapse of BC Place’s roof. The roof was at the end of it’s initially projected life, and due for replacement, apparently, in may. That’s last may. Way to go guys.
300 thousand dollars a year sounds like a lot for roof maintenance, does anyone know what the comparable maintenance is on a steel roof of that size? One also needs to correct for the construction cost differences and projected lifespan of the building.
